15 December - Raglan Sound Healing with Ceremonial Cacao

Travel to a place beyond intellect & into intuitive knowing. A place of sacred connection using ceremonial bitter cacao, healing sounds and meditation.

Join together with likeminded men and women and journey back to your heart.

Cacao was originally used by the ancient Mayan shamans to travel between the worlds, lifting the veil between ego & consciousness. It's a powerful heart opener and allows us to discover all of its mysteries with pure love. Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. It’s also a wonderful time to give ourselves mental and physical space and peace. You get to switch off, and retreat inwards, helping you to learn more about yourself, and gain clarity on where you are and where you’re headed.

Notes of the crystal bowls are tuned to specific frequencies found within the human body. When the sound moves through the atmosphere and touches us, it causes our cells to move in different directions at a different speed, in rhythm with the sound wave. This puts us in harmony with the sound wave. The sound penetrates into our very cells and rebalances them through oscillation and resonance. As a result, studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, (heartbeat, pulse) digestive system and circulatory system. Alignment with the tones of the crystal bowls is one of the most dynamic forms of sound healing found today.

You will be held in a supportive & deeply restorative space.
